About AMC

A two-person senior team and the system that multiplies it

No juniors learning on your budget. No account manager between you and the work. AMC is two senior operators — one on strategy, one on delivery — and Nyra, the AI operating system we built to run our pipelines under human review. This page tells you exactly who does what, how the work runs, and the terms that protect you.

COLOMBIA–US OPERATION · ENGLISH + ESPAÑOL · CLIENTS IN THE US, CANADA, LATAM, EUROPE

The team

Who you'll actually work with

Agencies hide their org charts because the person who sold you isn't the person doing the work. Ours fits in three cards, and nothing is hidden — including the part that isn't a person.

Founder & Strategy

Andres Marin

"Every engagement's strategy, and every hard conversation, is mine. If we think you shouldn't pay us for something, I'm the one who tells you."

Andres sets the strategy on every engagement, runs every client relationship, and takes the calls where the honest answer isn't the easy one.

  • Based in Colombia
  • Clients across the US, Canada, LATAM, and Europe
  • Works in English and Spanish
Operations Lead, SEO

Nico Hernandez

Nico runs weekly delivery: technical fixes, schema deployment, content production, and the reporting that goes out every month. When a case study on this site says pages were rebuilt or schema was shipped, he's the name on the work in our case studies.

  • Technical SEO and structured data
  • Content production and E-E-A-T fixes
  • Monthly Search Console-backed reporting
Our operating system

Nyra

Not a person. An AI orchestration layer we built that runs our content, reporting, and research pipelines under human review. It's why two people can ship what you'd expect from a ten-person shop — and why we write honestly about AI in agency work instead of pretending it isn't here.

  • A human reviews every piece before it ships
  • Hard brand and quality gates — nothing publishes without passing them
  • We publish how it works on the blog, including the parts that fail

The method

How we work

This is the same five-phase methodology in our client-facing docs, published here in full — because a method you can read is a method you can hold us to.

Full audit

We score your site 0–100 across 7 dimensions — technical, on-page, content, schema, performance, images, and AI-readiness — and set a 12-month target. You see the score and the math behind it.

Keyword strategy

Three tiers, mapped to what you actually sell. You approve the strategy before any work begins. That's a gate, not a courtesy — no page gets built against targets you haven't signed off on.

Roadmap

Foundation fixes first, then content build-out, then authority. In that order, on purpose — content published onto a broken site is money spent in the wrong sequence.

Monthly execution

Priority-based, not a fixed checklist. Each month we work the items that move your situation, not the items that pad an invoice.

Reporting

Work completed line by line, keyword movement, Search Console data attached, and next month's plan. You will never receive a vague summary.

Protections

Terms that protect you

Most of our clients have been burned by an agency before. These are the working terms of every engagement — written down here so you can hold us to them.

Keyword approval gates

You sign off on the keyword strategy before we build anything. Work starts after your approval, never before it.

You keep everything on cancellation

Content, technical work, schema — it's your site. Nothing we built gets removed or "turned off" when an engagement ends.

Credentials are yours

Search Console, analytics, tag manager, Business Profile — every account lives under your ownership from day one. We work inside your access, not the other way around.

No lead access

We never touch, route, or resell your leads. Your pipeline is your business, full stop.

Strategy never reused

Your keyword strategy and roadmap are built for you and never recycled for another client — including your competitors.

NDAs available

If your situation calls for one, we'll sign it. Standard practice, no friction, no extra fee.

No link buying

Paid links violate Google's spam policies, and they're how sites die in core updates. We don't buy them at any price — yes, even the "high DA" ones.

No ranking guarantees

Nobody controls Google. Anyone guaranteeing page one is guaranteeing something they don't own — we commit to named deliverables and reporting that shows what moved.

Footprint

Where we work

US, Canada, LATAM, and Europe — in English and Spanish, natively.

Bilingual isn't a checkbox here. We're a Colombia–US operation, several of our clients serve Spanish-speaking markets, and we produce their content in Spanish from the first draft — not run English copy through a translator and hope. Time zones line up with both US coasts, so "we'll get back to you" means the same business day.

And once, when the job demanded it, we shipped a full Hebrew-first site migration — right-to-left layout included. We don't advertise Hebrew as a service. We mention it because scope rarely scares us.

The mission

Service businesses need an outsourced strategist and execution arm more than they need another freelancer.

That's what we are. Senior enough to set the strategy, small enough that you always know who's doing the work, and honest enough to tell you when you shouldn't pay us.
