Terms of Service

The short version: this website exists to explain what we do and let you get in touch. Reading it doesn't create a contract between us — actual client work happens under separate written agreements you'll sign before anything starts. Use the site normally, don't scrape or abuse it, and know that we don't promise Google rankings here or anywhere else, because nobody honest can.

Who we are

AM Consulting Marketing ("AMC", "we", "us") is a marketing consultancy operating from Florida, USA, with team members in Colombia. We serve clients in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. You can reach us at ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com.

These terms govern your use of this website, amconsultingmarketing.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, the fix is simple: don't use the Site.

Use of this site

The Site is informational. You're welcome to browse it, read it, share links to it, and use the contact and audit forms for their intended purpose. In exchange, we ask you not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site's content, or use automated tools to overload it or its forms.
  • Submit forms with false information, on behalf of someone who hasn't asked you to, or for any purpose other than actually contacting us.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with the Site's security or the infrastructure it runs on.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with AMC — for example, claiming to be a partner, reseller, or representative of ours when you aren't.
  • Use the Site for anything unlawful.

We may block access to anyone who abuses the Site. That's the whole enforcement mechanism; we'd rather not need it.

No guarantees

We say this openly across the Site, and here we make it contractual: we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes. Nobody controls Google, AI search engines, ad platforms, or your market — and anyone who promises specific rankings or numbers is either lying to you or about to. What we commit to is the work: sound strategy, honest reporting, and systems built properly. Results described on this Site (including case studies) are real outcomes for specific clients under specific conditions, and are not a promise of what you will get.

Content on the Site — including blog posts and audit deliverables — is general information, not professional advice tailored to your situation. Decisions you make based on it are yours.

Services & engagements

Our services — SEO/AEO retainers, content systems, AI agents and automation, web development, and one-time analytics setup — are provided under separate written agreements or proposals. Those documents, not this page, govern any actual engagement: scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines.

A few standing commitments worth stating here anyway:

  • Month-to-month. Engagements run month to month unless a written agreement says otherwise. No long lock-ins.
  • You keep your accounts. Your ad accounts, analytics properties, CMS, domains, and credentials are yours — set up in your name, accessible to you at all times.
  • You keep what we build on your site. If you cancel, everything we've built on your website — pages, content, tracking, automations installed in your accounts — stays with you.

Nothing on this Site is an offer that becomes binding by you accepting it; an engagement exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Intellectual property

The content of this Site — text, design, graphics, and the presentation of our case studies — belongs to AMC. You may not republish or commercially reuse it without our written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is fine.

Client names, logos, and case studies shown on the Site appear with the permission of those clients. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here doesn't grant you any rights to them.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to services we don't control:

  • Booking. "Book a strategy call" links go to a Google Calendar appointment page (calendar.app.google). Google's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there.
  • External links. Blog posts and other pages may link to third-party websites. We link to things we find useful, but linking is not endorsement, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

When you leave the Site, the third party's terms apply, not these.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep the Site accurate and online, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Email ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com and we'll make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly before either side takes any formal step. Most problems are a conversation, not a case.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, if we add features to the Site or the law changes. When we do, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We won't change them retroactively to your disadvantage.
