AI agents that do a job, not a demo

Chat assistants, CRM automation, and marketing workflows — each one scoped to a measurable task: qualify, route, book. If we can't name the job the agent does, we don't build it.

What we build

Three kinds of automation, one rule: the job comes first

Most "AI agent" projects fail the same way: someone buys a chatbot, points it at nothing in particular, and six weeks later it's answering questions nobody asked. We start from the other end — name the repetitive job, then build the smallest system that does it.

Assistants

Chat assistants over your business data

An assistant is only as good as what it knows. We build assistants grounded in your actual data — your listings, your catalog, your service docs — so answers come from your business, not from the model's imagination.

  • Grounded in your directory, catalog, or docs
  • English and Spanish, natively
  • Escalates to a human when it should
Routing

WhatsApp routing and intake

For a large share of Spanish-speaking and LATAM-facing businesses, the inbox is WhatsApp. We build intake that qualifies the inquiry and routes it to the right person or business — instead of letting it sit unread.

  • Inquiry qualification before a human touches it
  • Routing to the right owner, rep, or listing
  • Handoff that keeps the conversation's context
CRM workflows

GoHighLevel CRM workflows

The unglamorous automation that actually moves numbers: asking every customer for a review, following up with every lead, and making sure no inquiry dies in a spreadsheet.

  • Review-request automation
  • Follow-up sequences that don't stop after one email
  • Lead routing and pipeline stages that match how you sell

Built, not mocked

What these look like in production

Straight answer first: this practice is newer than our SEO work, and we don't have before/after numbers for it yet. We won't invent any. What we can do is describe real builds — and when the numbers exist, they'll show up here with dates and sources, like everything else on this site.

Directory assistant · Proof of concept

A Spanish-language assistant over a 264-listing NYC business directory

For a directory of Spanish-speaking businesses in New York, we built an AI assistant grounded in all 264 listings: a user asks in Spanish for what they need — a plumber in Queens, a bakery in the Bronx — and the assistant finds the match and routes the conversation to that business on WhatsApp. No form, no phone tree, no English-only wall.

CRM automation · Delivered

GoHighLevel workflow builds for a fashion retailer

For a retail client we converted 45 existing workflows to WhatsApp-first automation inside GoHighLevel — review requests after purchase, follow-up sequences for stalled conversations, and lead routing so inquiries land with the right person. The same class of build applies to any operator whose leads currently live in someone's phone.

The standing demo: our own agency

We run AM Consulting on the same class of system we build for clients — an AI-orchestrated operating system that handles our content production, research, and reporting pipelines. Every piece passes a human review gate before it ships, and hard quality guardrails mean nothing publishes without clearing brand and accuracy checks. We don't sell automation we wouldn't run our own business on — and we write about how it works, including the parts that fail, on the blog.

Who it's for

This is a fit if the job already exists

Automation doesn't create a process — it removes the manual labor from one that already works. That's the honest test.

Good fit

You should talk to us if

  • Leads come in faster than your team can qualify and route them
  • Your customers live on WhatsApp and your CRM doesn't
  • You serve Spanish-speaking customers in US markets and every tool you've tried is English-first
  • You're on GoHighLevel (or should be) and the workflows are half-built
  • You can finish the sentence: "I need a system that ______ so my team stops doing it by hand"
Bad fit — we'll tell you on the call

You shouldn't pay us if

  • You want a chatbot because a competitor has one, not because a job needs doing
  • There's no data for an assistant to work over — no catalog, no docs, no history
  • You're hoping an agent replaces a sales process you haven't figured out yet
  • The manual version of the process doesn't work either — fix that first, it's cheaper

Next step

This one starts with a conversation, not a form

Our other services start with the free audit. This one doesn't — automation scoped from a template is how you end up with a demo instead of a system. Book 30 minutes: we'll name the job, tell you whether an agent is actually the right tool, and give you a straight answer on scope. If the answer is "you don't need this yet," that's what you'll hear.
