Privacy Policy

The short version: this site only collects what you type into our two forms — nothing else. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no analytics scripts, no selling your data to anyone, ever. Your form submission goes into our CRM so we can reply to you, and if you want it gone, one email to ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com deletes it. A real person answers. The rest of this page spells that out properly.

Who we are

AM Consulting Marketing ("AMC", "we", "us") is a marketing consultancy operating from Florida, USA, with team members in Colombia. We work with clients in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. For anything privacy-related, we are the data controller and the contact is ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com.

What we collect

This website collects personal information in exactly one way: you type it into a form and press submit. There are two forms:

  • The contact form — your name, email address, company, website, and your message.
  • The free-audit form — your name, email address, website URL, the ad platforms you use, and (optionally) your monthly ad spend range.

Two other things happen in the background that you should know about:

  • Booking a call. The "Book a strategy call" links take you to a Google Calendar appointment page (calendar.app.google). Whatever you enter there is collected by Google under Google's privacy policy, not by this site.
  • Hosting logs. Like every website on the internet, our host processes your IP address in server logs in order to deliver pages to you and defend against abuse. See "Where it goes" below.

That's the whole list. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.

What we use it for

Three things, all of them the thing you asked for:

  • To respond to your message or inquiry.
  • To prepare and deliver the free audit you requested.
  • To follow up with you about AMC services relevant to what you asked about.

We don't use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. A human reads your submission and a human replies.

Where it goes

Form submissions travel to a small number of third-party services we use to run the business. Here they are, by name, with the reason:

  • GoHighLevel (a US-based CRM platform, via its LeadConnector infrastructure) — this is where form submissions land so we can track and answer them. It's our customer database.
  • Email — some submissions also arrive in our inbox so we can reply directly.
  • Netlify (US-based hosting and CDN) — hosts this website. As the host, Netlify processes visitor IP addresses in server logs for content delivery and security. That's standard for any web host.
  • Google Fonts — this site loads its fonts from Google's CDN (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That means when the page loads, your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch the font files. We're telling you this plainly because it matters under GDPR: loading a font from Google's servers is a data transfer to Google, even though no cookie is set and we receive nothing from it.

These providers process data on our behalf (or, in Google's case, under their own policies) — none of them are given your information for their own marketing.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
  • We don't share it with data brokers.
  • We don't run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or ad tags on this site.
  • We don't set tracking cookies. Right now this site sets no first-party cookies at all — no analytics, no pixels, which is why you don't see a cookie banner. If we ever add a measurement tool like Google Analytics 4, we will update this policy and our cookie policy first, and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept in our CRM as ordinary business records — the history of who contacted us and what we discussed. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, at which point we do. To ask, email ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com.

Your rights

If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights over your data. If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you a similar set. We honor both — and honestly, we'll extend the same treatment to anyone who asks, wherever you live. In plain English, you can:

  • Ask what we have — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you (access).
  • Fix it — correct anything that's wrong or outdated (correction).
  • Delete it — have your information erased from our CRM and inbox (deletion).
  • Tell us to stop — object to us using your information, including for follow-up emails (objection).
  • Take it with you — receive your data in a portable format (portability).

To exercise any of these, send one email to ceo@amconsultingmarketing.com. A person — not an automated system — will read it and respond. Since we don't sell data, there's nothing to opt out of on that front, but California residents are welcome to confirm that in writing. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

International transfers

AMC operates from the United States, and the services we listed above (GoHighLevel, Netlify, Google) are US-based, so your information is processed in the US. If you're contacting us from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, that means your data crosses borders to get to us. We only use it for the purposes described on this page, and your rights above apply regardless of where you're writing from.

Children

Our services are business-to-business. This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles data — for example, by adding an analytics tool — we'll update this page before the change goes live and revise the "last updated" date at the top. We won't quietly move the goalposts; meaningful changes get stated plainly here first.
