The receipts

Case studies with dates, sources, and caveats. Where a number is small, we say it's small. Where a client hasn't given permission to be named, we describe the niche instead. Nothing on this page is an illustration or a projection.

The three we'd show anyone

Full engagements with a before, an after, and a paper trail. Each one includes the caveat an honest agency would tell you across the table.

Diamond Locksmith — from a core-update hit to owning Jacksonville local search

The March 2026 core update knocked this locksmith's traffic down 21%. We halted the old content strategy, audited everything, and rebuilt: 6 ZIP-targeted location pages, 6 vehicle-specific key pages, an FAQ expanded from 18 to 40+ questions with schema, and a review system that took them from 45 Google reviews to 165 — every one at five stars. Thirty days later, clicks were up 136.4%, CTR was up 110%, and "locksmith near me" sat at position 7.

The honest caveat: this is a single-location local business, so absolute click volumes are small. That's why we report review counts and percentages, not raw click totals — the recovery arc is the story, not the volume.

Suplefit Nutrition — e-commerce SEO at catalog scale, in Spanish

A sports-nutrition store that had been online since 2014 — with Googlebot literally blocked at the CDN. We unblocked it, deployed Product and Store schema, enabled reviews on all 366 products, converted 8,988 images to WebP (372MB+ saved), took mobile PageSpeed from 72 to 85+, and rebuilt product pages in batches. Twenty-eight days later: clicks up 27.9% (642 → 821), CTR up 33%. One product page went from 0% to 33% CTR.

The honest caveat: these figures are the April 13 – May 10, 2026 window — the 28 days after the technical sprint. The following month came in at −7.1%, so we claim exactly what this window shows, not a continuing trend.

A garage-door company — nine falling keywords, all recovered in two weeks

A redesign tanked this garage-door company's rankings — 9 keywords in decline. Our team, working under our sister brand, mapped 40 redirects, rebuilt all 13 service pages and 22 location pages with schema, and tuned the site to a 99 mobile PageSpeed score with a 1.4s LCP. Two weeks later, every declining keyword had recovered, clicks were up 61%, and impressions were up 357%.

Attribution note: this engagement was delivered by our team under our sister brand — same people, same method. We say so because leaving it out would defeat the point of this page.

Supporting cases

Two more — including the one where we made a number go down

Not every engagement is a traffic chart pointing up and to the right. These two are here because they show how we work when the honest move is the harder one.

B2B industrial SEO — a 39-year-old furnace manufacturer in Spain

A Spanish industrial furnace manufacturer with a homepage that had no H1 and a fake author byline. We put a real engineer's name on the content, produced ~15,000 words of genuinely technical articles, and the commercial keywords moved: "aluminum consulting" from position 9.5 to 6.7 — onto page 1 — the induction-furnace product page from ~#33 to ~#12, and "tilting furnaces" up 8.8 positions.

The honest caveat: clicks stayed flat in this window — a client approval gate held eight finished drafts unpublished — so this is a ranking and E-E-A-T story, not a traffic story. We report it as exactly that.

A Canadian consumer lender — the case where we deleted traffic on purpose

This lender's traffic was propped up by pages that attracted the wrong visitors entirely. We removed fake review schema, noindexed 30+ off-strategy pages, and rebuilt titles sitewide. Clicks dropped 23% — on purpose — while impressions for the right queries rose 34%, from 55,882 to 74,921, their highest level ever. Sometimes the honest move is making a number go down.

Why there's no name here: consumer lending is a reputationally sensitive niche, so we describe the client instead of naming them. The point of this case isn't the niche — it's that we'll tank a vanity metric deliberately and tell you why before we do it.

A note on what's missing

No testimonials on this page. On purpose.

A quote saying we're "great to work with" tells you nothing you can check. A Search Console number with a date window does. We'd rather show dated numbers than adjectives.

When clients hand us quotes worth publishing, we'll add them — under the numbers, never instead of them. Until then, the receipts above are the testimonial.
